Sinilink XY8030S 2400 W Programmable DC Buck Converter
The XY8030S is a constant-voltage/constant-current DC step-down module for building an adjustable bench supply, battery charger or controlled DC power system. It is a buck converter: the DC input must be higher than the required output voltage.

Verified Electrical Specifications
- Input: 12.00-90.00 V DC.
- Adjustable output: 0-80.00 V DC, 0-30.00 A; rated maximum output 2400 W.
- Voltage and current setting resolution: 0.01 V / 0.01 A; listed storage: 10 parameter groups.
- Typical conversion efficiency: about 95%; typical output ripple: 200 mV peak-to-peak.
- 1.8-inch colour display, soft start, buzzer, temperature-controlled dual-fan cooling and MPPT charging support.

Choose the Required Package
- bare board only: conversion board only; display/control parts are not included as a full set.
- a set: base XY8030S set.
- a set with 433, 485, IR or WiFi: base set supplied with the named 433 MHz wireless, RS-485, infrared or Wi-Fi control accessory. Select the required control method; these options are not automatically included with every version.

Protection and Integration Notes
- Listed protections include input reverse-polarity, output reverse-current, under-voltage, over-voltage, over-current, over-power and over-temperature protection. Protection is not a substitute for correctly rated wiring, fuses and ventilation.
- For battery charging, connect the battery with the output switched off, verify polarity and configure voltage/current limits for the specific cell chemistry before enabling output.
- RS-485, TTL serial and optional Wi-Fi/IR/433 controls are for system integration. Confirm connector pinout and the selected accessory before wiring.
- This is an open-frame power module, not a finished mains-powered bench supply. Provide a correctly rated isolated DC input source, enclosure, cooling and terminal protection.
