LCKVM H313 Remote KVM and Development Board

LCKVM is a compact network-connected KVM board for remote operation and maintenance of a connected computer. It captures the computer's HDMI audio/video signal and makes the remote console available through a web browser over Ethernet; keyboard and mouse control can be sent from the remote console to the connected computer.
