Control Functions

  • Manual, automatic, setup, and serial-control modes with power-off parameter retention.
  • Position, angle, rotational-speed, distance, acceleration/deceleration, and cycle-operation settings.
  • Pulse-frequency range: 100–80,000 Hz; speed class range: 0–1000.
  • TTL serial interface using standard Modbus protocol for PLC or controller integration.
  • Three limit-switch inputs for home, forward, and reverse travel; external start/stop and direction inputs are also provided.

Protection and Installation

  • Reverse-polarity and over-temperature protection, with active cooling; the fan is stated to start above 55°C and stop below 50°C.
  • Approximate controller size: 86 × 45 × 41 mm; recommended panel opening: 81.6 × 40.6 mm.
  • Set current limit, microstep resolution, electronic gearing, and travel parameters to match the specific motor and mechanical load before operation.
  • Disconnect power before wiring motor phases, DC supply, limit switches, or serial-control terminals.
