Overview
The Sipeed SLogic16U3 is a high-performance USB 3 logic analyzer for digital signal capture, embedded-system debugging, timing analysis and protocol decoding. It provides 16 digital input channels and streams captured data to the host computer.
Key Features
- 16 digital channels for observing multiple signals in parallel.
- Channel-dependent sampling: up to 800 MS/s with 4 channels enabled, 400 MS/s with 8 channels, or 200 MS/s with all 16 channels. Available rates also depend on the host USB bandwidth.
- USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface: 5 Gbps connection through USB-C. A USB 3 capable host port and data cable are required for logic-analyzer operation.
- Configurable signal threshold: supports 0-10 V digital signal input with an adjustable trigger threshold from 0-6 V.
- Sigrok compatible: supported by Sipeed's PulseView-based software builds for Windows, Linux and macOS.
- Flexible acquisition: enable only the channels needed to increase available sample-rate headroom.

Setup Notes
- Connect the analyzer directly to a USB 3 host port and avoid unpowered hubs.
- Connect the ground of the device under test to the analyzer ground before capture.
- For higher-frequency signals, keep signal and ground leads short; Sipeed recommends coaxial leads when the signal source Nyquist frequency is 50 MHz or higher.
- Accessories differ between Bundle 1 and Bundle 2. Confirm the selected variant and product images before ordering.
