MMDVM Duplex Digital Voice Hotspot Board

This low-power MMDVM duplex hotspot board is designed for a compatible Raspberry Pi or similar host running Pi-Star or MMDVMHost. It provides a compact digital-voice interface for personal hotspot and development use.

Supported Digital Voice Modes

• DMR, D-Star, System Fusion/YSF and P25 support.
• MMDVM_HS firmware also supports compatible NXDN and POCSAG workflows when supported by the installed software and board configuration.
• Onboard status indicators for transmit, receive, PTT and operating mode.
• SMA antenna connection and Raspberry Pi GPIO header interface.

Band and Host Compatibility

The exact radio band depends on the delivered board option and installed RF hardware. Confirm the selected UHF/VHF configuration, antenna and local frequency plan before setup. This board is intended for low-power digital hotspot operation and is not an analog voice transceiver.

Setup Requirements

• Compatible Raspberry Pi or supported host computer.
• Pi-Star or MMDVMHost configuration and a suitable storage card.
• Correct antenna connected before enabling RF operation.
• Firmware, call-sign, network and regional radio settings configured by the user.
