LILYGO T-Embed ESP32-S3 Embedded Control-Panel Development Board

T-Embed is a compact LILYGO ESP32-S3 development board designed for embedded panels, physical controls and small HMI projects. Its integrated display, rotary controller, audio hardware and expansion interfaces make it suitable for a programmable desk controller, status panel or prototype user interface.

Verified Onboard Hardware

• ESP32-S3 dual-core processor with 16 MB flash and 8 MB PSRAM.
• 1.9-inch ST7789V IPS TFT display at 320 x 170 resolution.
• 24-detent rotary encoder with press function, seven APA102 RGB LEDs, stereo speaker with I2S amplifier and two MEMS microphones.
• Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 5.0; MicroSD card slot, USB-C and two QWIIC/I2C expansion connectors.
• 3.7 V battery interface and charging/protection circuitry. Battery inclusion follows the delivered package, not the board specification.

Development Notes

• Official examples are available for Arduino/PlatformIO, including display, audio, LED, encoder and SD-card functions.
• Confirm the pin map in the official T-Embed documentation before connecting external circuits; onboard peripherals already occupy some GPIOs.
• Use a USB data cable for programming and verify the selected serial port and boot mode when flashing firmware.
• This standard T-Embed listing is not the T-Embed CC1101/NFC radio variant. Do not assume sub-GHz, NFC or IR hardware unless it is explicitly included in the selected product.

Colour Options

The listed variants differ by enclosure/appearance: Pure Black, White Orange, White Black, Transparent and Transparent Orange. Core board capability remains the T-Embed platform; confirm the selected option and package contents before checkout.
