The HV-1 is a small high-voltage arc generator supplied as either an assembled ignition module or a DIY soldering kit, depending on the selected option. It is intended for controlled electronics experiments and ignition demonstrations by experienced users.

Selection and Assembly

High-Voltage Safety
The output can cause painful shock, burns, ignition, and damage to nearby electronics. Do not touch the output, operate near flammable materials, use around medical implants, or leave the module energized unattended. Enclose and insulate the high-voltage section before practical use, and allow the module to cool between short operating cycles.
