FNIRSI TDM-120 / TDM-120P Thermal Imager

Both models are pocket-size thermal imagers for locating temperature differences in electrical equipment, HVAC systems, building services and general maintenance work. Please choose carefully: TDM-120 is the thermal imager version; TDM-120P adds a 19,999-count True RMS multimeter and the required test leads.

Thermal Imaging - Both Models

  • 120 x 90 infrared resolution with a vanadium-oxide detector and frame rate up to 25 Hz.
  • Listed temperature range: -20 to 400 C (-4 to 752 F), with accuracy of +/-2 C or +/-2% of the maximum measured value.
  • 2.8-inch LCD touch screen, 50 degree field of view, seven colour palettes and adjustable emissivity from 0.01 to 1.
  • Centre-point reading, automatic hot/cold tracking and high/low temperature alarms help locate temperature anomalies.
  • Thermal images can be saved and exported by USB according to the manufacturer listing.

TDM-120P Multimeter Functions Only

  • 19,999-count True RMS multimeter with DC voltage up to 1000 V and AC voltage up to 750 V.
  • Supports resistance, capacitance, continuity and diode testing; use the supplied leads and the correct input terminals.
  • The TDM-120 does not include these multimeter functions or test leads.

Use Notes

  • Charge through Type-C and follow the supplied manual's safety instructions before electrical measurements.
  • For reliable thermal readings, set emissivity for the surface material and avoid reflective surfaces where practical.
  • Store the instrument in its case in a clean, dry environment; manufacturer guidance lists an operating range of -5 to 40 C and relative humidity below 80%.
