FNIRSI DSO-TC3 3-in-1 Oscilloscope, Component Tester and Signal Generator
The FNIRSI DSO-TC3 combines a single-channel digital oscilloscope, automatic electronic component tester and waveform generator in one rechargeable handheld instrument. It is designed for quick bench checks, component identification and low-frequency signal troubleshooting.

Oscilloscope functions
- Maximum real-time sampling rate: 10 MSa/s.
- Analog bandwidth: 500 kHz.
- Auto, Normal and Single trigger modes.
- 2.4-inch color TFT display with waveform measurement and one-key automatic setup.

Component tester
- Automatic identification of NPN and PNP transistors, MOSFETs, JFETs, IGBTs, diodes and other supported semiconductor devices.
- Resistance measurement from 0.01 Ω to 50 MΩ.
- Capacitance measurement from 25 pF to 100 mF.
- Inductance measurement from 10 µH to 1000 mH.
- Additional support for NEC infrared decoding and compatible DS18B20 and DHT11 sensor checks.

Signal generator
The built-in generator provides six selectable waveform types over a listed 1 Hz to 100 kHz frequency range, making it useful for basic signal injection and response checks.

Power and package options
- Rechargeable internal battery with USB Type-C 5 V charging.
- Select DSO-TC3 Standard or DSO-TC3 Plus from the option selector.
- Included probes, adapters and accessories differ by package; review the selected option image before ordering.
Observe the input and probe ratings shown in the manual and on the instrument. This compact unit is intended for low-frequency electronics work and does not replace a higher-bandwidth bench oscilloscope.
