ESP32 Open-Source E-Paper Smartwatch Development Kit
This programmable watch-format platform combines an ESP32 controller with a low-power monochrome e-paper display. It is intended for firmware experiments, custom watch faces, compact status displays and wearable IoT prototypes rather than as a closed consumer smartwatch.

Core Hardware
- 1.54-inch monochrome e-paper display with 200 x 200 resolution.
- ESP32-based controller with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy capability.
- Rechargeable wearable format with USB connection for power and development.
- Open-source hardware and software design suitable for custom firmware and display layouts.
- Replaceable hook-and-loop style wrist strap shown with the current package.

Development Uses
- Custom clocks, calendars and information dashboards.
- Low-power sensor, telemetry and notification experiments.
- Wi-Fi or BLE-connected wearable prototypes.
- E-paper refresh, deep-sleep and battery-life development.

Important Selection Notes
- E-paper retains an image without continuous refresh, but screen updates are slower than LCD or OLED displays.
- Runtime depends on firmware, wireless activity, refresh frequency and battery condition.
- Firmware and examples may require development-tool installation and are not equivalent to a finished commercial smartwatch application.
- Confirm the supplied board revision before using third-party pin maps or flashing files. Similar open-source e-paper watches can use different ESP32 revisions and GPIO assignments.

Package Reference
The package follows the selected watch configuration and includes the assembled watch-format development unit and strap. Confirm the delivered USB cable and accessories before deployment.
