MMDVM JumboSpot Digital Voice Modem Board

This MMDVM JumboSpot board is designed to pair with a compatible Raspberry Pi host and Pi-Star software to create a low-power digital voice hotspot. The board shown includes an OLED status display, SMA antenna connector and Raspberry Pi header connections.

Supported Digital Voice Modes

• DMR, D-Star, P25, YSF/System Fusion and NXDN support as listed by the exact-model source.
• OLED indication for operating mode, talk group and call-sign information.
• Onboard status indicators for power, PTT, COS and digital mode.
• Pi-Star web dashboard and configuration workflow when used with a supported host.

Required Host and Setup

• A compatible Raspberry Pi, storage card, power source and Wi-Fi network are required for a complete hotspot.
• Raspberry Pi, SD card and enclosure are not included in the board-only configuration shown unless the selected package explicitly states otherwise.
• Install the antenna before enabling the radio and configure the correct regional frequency and permitted power.

Board Check

Confirm the host-header layout, radio band, OLED orientation and case clearance before assembly. Firmware and network services must be configured by the user.
