4 Wire Fan PWM Speed Controller PD QC Fast Charging Type C DC 24V 12V 5V Cooling Fan Speed Regulator

This controller adjusts the speed of standard four-wire PWM cooling fans for PC cooling, electronics enclosures, water-cooling radiators, and DIY ventilation projects. Choose the power-input version that matches the available supply and fan voltage.

Version Options

• DC5521: 5V, 12V, or 24V input; output voltage follows the input. Listed maximum power is 60W.
• Type-C 12V: requests 12V from a compatible PD/QC fast-charge source.
• Type-C 5V to 12V: boosts a 5V USB input to 12V; listed maximum input is 20W with approximately 18W available at 12V under the stated condition.

Connections and Control

• Fan output: four-pin KF2510 connector.
• Speed control: PWM.
• Backlit display/control interface for low-light use.

Selection Note

The DC5521 version does not convert between 5V, 12V, and 24V; its output follows the supply. The Type-C 12V version requires a charger or power bank that explicitly supports a 12V PD/QC profile. Confirm fan voltage, connector pinout, startup current, and total load before power-up.
