The SA5 combines a handheld spectrum analyzer and RF signal generator in a portable 4-inch instrument. It is intended for signal inspection, harmonic checks, RF development, field troubleshooting, and basic source generation.
Spectrum Analyzer
- Normal analyzer range: 0.1-800MHz.
- Ultra mode provides level-calibrated operation up to 5.3GHz; higher-frequency harmonic observation is available with reduced measurement certainty.
- Resolution bandwidth selection from approximately 200Hz to 850kHz.
- Optional 20dB low-noise amplifier.
- 0-31dB step attenuator; the attenuator and LNA are not used simultaneously.
- Up to four independently configured traces and up to 450 display points.
Signal Generator
- Sine-wave output over the listed 0.1-800MHz range.
- Square-wave output up to the listed 4.4GHz range.
- RF test-signal output up to the listed 5.3GHz range.
Display, Storage, and Connectivity
- 4-inch IPS touch display with rotary control.
- Built-in 5000mAh rechargeable battery and USB Type-C charging.
- microSD slot for measurements, settings, and screenshots.
- USB connection for compatible PC control and data transfer.
- Built-in calibration signal for self-test and input calibration.
Package Options
The base package includes the SA5, USB Type-C cable, two RF cables, SMA barrel adapter, antenna, lanyard, and touch pen. The memory-card option adds a 32GB microSD card installed in the unit.
