Electronics are very well done, converter works exactly as expected. Instructions (in English) are fairly complete but some experimentation is required to understand how some settings are input. But the included 40mm x 10mm 5V fan, which is mounted onto a heatsink, is absolute garbage. Bearing failed after only a few hours' use (fan still spun but was EXTREMELY NOISY). Replaced with WINSINN Hydraulic Bearing 7000 RPM 4010 Cooling Fan, which are available for $9 for a pack of 5, including shipping!
