PROENGI ships engineering tools, RF equipment, test instruments, repair supplies, development boards and related parts to supported destination markets.
Estimated Delivery by Market
Product and cart pages may show an estimated arrival date based on your current market. The date is calculated from the current date using the delivery windows below.
- United States: 7-10 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 5-8 business days after dispatch
- South America: 8-11 business days after dispatch
- South Africa: 7-10 business days after dispatch
- Other supported regions: 7-10 business days after dispatch
Order Processing
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Some bulk, sourcing, special handling or compatibility-check orders may need extra confirmation before dispatch.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time. The estimated arrival date shown on product and cart pages is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
After your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Remote Areas, Customs and Carrier Delays
Delivery can take longer for remote addresses, customs inspection, local holidays, address issues, weather disruption or temporary carrier delays.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country or region. These charges are handled by local customs and are not included in the product price unless stated at checkout.
Business and Quote Orders
For project purchasing, BOM sourcing, bulk orders or hard-to-match parts, shipping options and timing may be confirmed separately during the quote process.
