AHT10 I2C Temperature and Humidity Sensor Module for Embedded Projects
This breakout board uses the AHT10 digital temperature and humidity sensor for environmental monitoring in microcontroller and embedded projects. It communicates over I2C, allowing both measurements to be read through the same two-wire data interface.

Sensor specifications
- Temperature measurement range: -40 to 85 °C.
- Relative humidity measurement range: 0 to 100 percent RH.
- Typical temperature accuracy: plus or minus 0.3 °C.
- Typical humidity accuracy: plus or minus 2 percent RH.
- Digital I2C communication interface.

Typical applications
- Indoor environmental data logging.
- Ventilation, enclosure and equipment-area monitoring.
- Microcontroller weather displays and automation prototypes.
- Comparative temperature and humidity measurement in embedded projects.

Integration notes
- The AHT10 sensor IC operates from 1.8 to 3.6 V. Breakout-board input support can vary by board revision, so follow the voltage markings on the supplied module.
- Confirm the I2C address, pull-up arrangement and software library compatibility before integration.
- Keep the sensing opening exposed to ambient air and away from direct heat, condensation and contamination.
- Allow time for the sensor to stabilise after power-up or a rapid environmental change.

Compatibility clarification
This product is an AHT10 I2C module, not an AM2302/DHT22 sensor. It can serve similar temperature and humidity monitoring applications, but it is not a pin-for-pin or protocol-compatible replacement for DHT11, SHT20 or AM2302 modules. Verify wiring and code before substitution.
