MT6701 is a new generation of magnetic Angle encoder chip based on differential Hall induction principle. MT6701 senses the component of the magnetic field perpendicular to the chip surface, and with the rotation of a pair of magnetic radial magnets on the chip surface,
The MT6701 corresponding output Angle signal of 0-360 deg . In addition to providing ABZ/UVW incremental output and Analog/PWM absolute Angle output, the MT6701 provides 14 bit digitális Angle output via the I2C/SSI interface. In addition to rotation Angle measurement, the MT6701 also offers a "push" output to enable single-chip button (rotation + press) functionality.
